Sir Friedhelm and Lizard Mount

The knight Sir Friedhelm Von Birkenstein atop his mighty lizard war-mount in the aftermath of a battle. Skilled knights such as Sir Friedhelm are why the heavy cavalry of the Order of the Waning Moon are so wildly feared and sought after, their charges into enemy ranks leave none left standing.
This project was quite possibly the most detailed and time intensive one I have ever undertaken, as it was done for my senior capstone project for college and took roughly 4 months. All assets (except the grass) were created and sculpted by me using a combination of Zbrush and Blender, textures were created in Substance 3D Painter with custom alphas being created in Photoshop then imported in, and Renders + turntable animation were done in Blender. Concept art was done in Procreate.
