Phaethon Barbatus

A series of concept art drawings accompanied by a full illustration I did for a sci-fi gladiator character of mine, Phaethon ‘The Brik’ Barabatus. I have done several designs for him over the years and this is the most recent and by far the most detailed of them all. Wanted to use this project as an opportunity to do a more dynamic action fueled pose as well as practicing guns, muzzle flash, etc. as I am more used to fantasy designs.
